As an Internal Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle, from speaking with hiring managers to sourcing CV's and making offers. You will be responsible for helping this growing Financial Services firm to execute their growth strategy by hiring top tier talent.

Client Details

The client is a Financial Services firm specialising in trading and are a leader in their market. This firm is based in the City of London and are experiencing rapid growth so are therefore looking to hire a dedicated recruiter to manage the recruitment cycle across all of the corporate functions. As an Internal Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle end to end. You will be recruiting across all of the corporate functions and be networking with talent pools to find the best people to join this growing firm. You will be speaking with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to understand hiring needs and and you will have a focus on recruiting into the tech teams regularly.


The successful candidate will ideally come from a scale up background from within Financial Services. Ideally you will have internal recruitment experience as this will offer a breadth of recruitment knowledge across all of the different corporate functions. You will have 3-5 years of experience and be able to work autonomously.

Team fit is crucial for this role. The team are all very sociable and dynamic individuals who are high achievers. Drive and ambition will be important for this role as it does have the scope to grow for the right person.

You must be confident and articulate and be able to demonstrate that you are a switched on, driven person who wants to make a difference.
