Client Details

A midlands based manufacturing organisation are looking for an HR Manager to support the senior management team.

Description

Key Responsibilities will be to

  • To align with and support the Management Team and drive the development of a culture of learning, support, empowerment, responsibility, accountability and care for all who work within the business
  • To establish and maintain the company's UK HR processes and procedures and provide all Human Resources support.
  • To be an ambassador and promote the company's culture to all other stakeholders in the business
  • To be the company's HR Business Partner and key member of the Management Team

Profile

We are looking for someone with strong HR Generalist experience who is comfortable in a stand alone position. Ideally you will have experience of a manufacturing or similar environment, but of course we will consider applications from all sectors.

You will need to skilled and happy to balance your time between strategy and day to day HR.

We are searching for excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as an aptitude for detail and organisation.

The ability to build relationships with all levels of individuals will also be a key factor in requirements.
