Job Details
The HR Operations Manager will lead the TA team internationally for this business. the offices are based in Peterborough and the expectation is that you will be in the office twice a week, working from home the rest of the time.

My client is an international leisure business that is a market leader and household name. They have a London and Peterborough base in the UK as well as many international offices.
Description
The HR Operations Manager will lead the TA team with 5 direct reports. They will ensure that onboarding is well managed to enable this business to secure and keep the best talent in the market. This is an HR role rather than a TA role though.
Profile
To the successful in this role you will need a proven track record within HR with experience of onboarding talent, ideally in a blue-chip environment.
