Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly respected business based in Swindon and Trowbridge, to recruit a talented HR Manager on a permanent basis.

This rare, broad-ranging generalist opportunity, offers autonomy, diversity and real scope - whilst supporting a talented HR Director and managing a career hungry HR Assistant.

We require an experienced professional, who has the ability to manage and deliver a proactive and robust HR service to a diverse employee population. You will manage day to day HR operations, providing advice and guidance on; Employee Relations, Training & Development, Recruitment, Systems & reporting, Reward, Engagement and various ad-hoc projects.

Suitable applicants will possess strong employment law knowledge, good people management skills, strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge the status quo, bringing new ideas and innovation where needed/appropriate.

You will be commercially astute, hands on, with a no job too small attitude and, flexible to meet the demands of the business - this includes home working and some travel to different locations across the South West.

N.B. Either full time or four days per week can be considered. Two days required in either of these offices, the other days can be completely flexible.
