Description
The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Managing the HRIS
- Learning and Development including helping to design training
- Assisting the ER Advisor with employee relations issues
- Advising employees on policies and procedures
- Assisting the HR Manager with HR projects
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will:
- Be confident in using HRIS
- Lead on Learning and Development
- Be confident in handling complex ER cases
- Have high attention to detail and excellent communication skills

The successful HR Advisor an expect a salary between £38-44,000
