Payroll Administrator - 12 month FTC - up to 40K - Chelmsford
I am working with a global financial services business who are in urgent need of a payroll administrator to their UK payroll function.
You will be reporting in the UK Payroll Operations Manager you will be working closely with a team of 5 focusing on processing an outsourced payroll up to 6000 monthly working closely between HR & the payroll provider ensuring all data and payments are made accurately and on time.
The successful Payroll Administrator on a 12 month FTC basis reporting into the UK Payroll Operations Manager assisting/overseeing such duties as -
- Processing UK Payroll up to 6000
- Work closely with payroll provider
- Dealing with any payroll queries.
To be considered successful for this assignment, you will need to have had experience of:
- Working closely with outsourced payroll provider to make sure data is accurate and payment is made on time
- Liaising with HR to make sure HR & payrolls are accurate along with flexible benefits scheme.
- Managing the payroll inbox dealing with any queries
- concluding payroll audits when required
- Collating and checking payroll data before sending to payroll provider and dealing with any errors.
