Description
Junior HR Business Partner role - Remote working mainly - 8 month FTC - potential to extend - Hounslow / Heathrow area
- Provide comprehensive advice and work with managers on managing employee relations matters such as staff performance, grievance, disciplinary, capability and redundancy.
- Support the ER Advisor in handling a high-volume ER caseload. Offer advice on complex ER issues and ensure cases are handled consistently and in line with legislative requirements.
- Lead on organisational change initiatives including TUPE transfers, organisational restructure and redundancy programmes.
- Take ownership for the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures in line with present legislative updates.
- Support the HR administration team in developing and monitoring the maintenance of the HR database ensuring full data integrity
- Act as back up to provide support to other areas of the team, including payroll where required.
- To participate in HR working groups and project teams involved in the development and promotion of HR policy and procedures.
- Establish strong relationships with managers and develop an understanding of the business in order to support the commercial agenda with HR solutions.
- Support, up-skill and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices.
Profile
Junior HR Business Partner role - Remote working mainly - 8 month FTC - potential to extend - Hounslow / Heathrow area
- Demonstrable experience at Senior HR advisor (ideally hold a CIPD or equivalent) with experience from full spectrum ER to coaching and training stakeholders.
- Have strong building and maintaining strong stakeholder skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible in terms of approach.
- Commercially aware.
Job Offer

£38,000 - £43,000 per annum
