An exciting opportunity within a global media business has arisen. Due to movement within the team, they are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager. This role will oversee a team providing excellent HR customer services to employees and line managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Set day to day operational objections for the Shared Services team and managing delivery to ensure achievement of operational results
• Develop and drive onboarding processes to deliver efficient time to hire turnaround times while delivering an exceptional new hire experience
• Managing periodic audit process to ensure positions and requisitions meet compliance requirements
• Validate invoices for TA vendors
• Develop and train HR shares services specialists
• Assessing, influencing, and driving SLAs, KPIs, and quality management through data analytics
• Partner with Project Managers to manage processes impacting the function

Key experience/skills:

• Experience leading a Shared Services team
• Working knowledge of HR policies, laws and regulations
• Knowledge and experience in job architecture, comp structures, and position management
• Experience in HR workflows and the candidate/new hire journey
• Proven track record of designing and implementing onboarding processes focusing on the new joiner and hiring manager
• Strong analytical skills required to present data
• Ability to build cohesive teams and coach and develop employees
