I am recruiting a Workday HR Administrator - six month fixed term contract for a Global FMCG Brand.

Previous working knowledge of Workday is essential for this role.

You will be working for a Global FMCG Brand based in West London.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Workday HR Administrator for this Global FMCG Brand, based in West London will be as follows:

  • Workday - Hire / Terminate /All other admin including contract changes for employees, transfers within groups etc Supporting BP team on Workday including creating of orgs and new positions
  • Regular downloading of reports from the HRIS Peoplesoft (Oracle) system / other HRIS systems as / when required
  • To provide advice to managers and employees on administrative matters, referring up when required
  • Ensuring compliance to UK/EU Legislation from an HR & Business perspective at all times
  • Ownership of starter and leaver administration, including weekly reports to the business
  • Producing contracts of employment, standard letters - references etc

Profile

The successful Workday HR Administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous Workday knowledge is essential for this role
  • IT-literate, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc)
  • Previous knowledge of working in a similar HR Administration role
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload

Job Offer

This is a six month fixed term contract based in West London.
