Senior Recruiter - Sales and Marketing

£70,000

My client are a global Fintech organisation based in London, due to significant growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Recruiter. This is a new role for the business, with a global remit. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will partner with key stakeholders to understand, define, and achieve their TA strategy.

Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Implement a direct sourcing strategy for roles within Sales and Marketing
  • Leveraging personal networks/talent pools to attract candidates directly
  • Using creative hiring techniques to ensure the business attracts top talent
  • Building and maintaining a sourcing pipeline for technical candidates
  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Advising and coaching stakeholders on best practise
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Delivering reports and data on TA, and including time to hire, direct sourcing cost savings, fill ratio etc.
  • Implementing and managing new ATS
  • Managing and leading on any adhoc recruitment projects

Key experience/skills:

  • Significant experience in sales and marketing recruitment preferably within FinTech or Financial Services
  • Proven track record of direct hiring, candidate networking and talent pipelining
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Proven experience of rolling out and driving recruitment strategy/initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
