The position of Recruitment & Training Manager is to manage and develop bespoke recruitment and training processes, managing a team across the business and to create a Talent Academy.

Description

The position of Recruitment & Training Manager will:

- Manage a team of 3 field trainers located across the country

- Create a world class Talent Academy

- Create and execute training manuals and processes

- Use data to identify training requirements

- Develop a bespoke recruitment process to identify the right talent

- Oversee HR processes

Profile

The ideal candidate for the position of Recruitment & Training Manager will:

- Come from a customer facing background

- Be passionate about developing talent and driving performance

- Understand what exceptional customer experience looks like

- Have created talent and training programs

- Be adept at bringing teams together
