An exciting opportunity has come up in a well-established and reputable company within the public sector, HO in Exeter with site in Plymouth and Torbay, 70 employees (adhoc support a wider community of 500 staff).
Your new role
This is an exciting HR Assistant role, where you will report to the HR Director, who will mentor you and help to develop your HR skill set, getting you involved you in long term exciting strategic projects. You will be the first point of contact for all general operational HR enquiries and my client is happy to financially support you with a L3 or L5 CIPD qualification.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR Administrator looking to take the next step up and need to have strong administration (Word/Excel), organisation and communication skills.
