Internal Recruiter Telford £30,000 per annum

Your new role
The main purpose of your new role will identify and implement effective resourcing solutions for the relevant site. Through effective reporting and tracking the Internal Recruiter will provide insight to the business on recruitment metrics and industry trends, utilising this information to support brand attraction, drive continuous process improvement, optimise spend and support effective decision making and future resource planning. Some of your main roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support and coach the hiring manager throughout the entire recruitment process providing an effective candidate experience
- Establish a detailed understanding of the headcount establishment via the HR & Operational team
- Ensure the most cost effective and efficient utilisation of the recruitment budget and demonstrate year on year ROI
- Support the on-boarding process, including eligibility to work, contract requests, induction planning and delivery where applicable
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, you will have worked in fast paced recruitment environment, whether than be internal or at an agency, you will have excellent time management skills and be comfortable building strong working relationships.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary ranging from £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience, this will be discussed at interview. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00 but some flexibility is required as this company is a 24/7 operation. Their is also a hybrid working policy in place. Onsite parking is available.
