HR Advisor

Oakleaf are working in partnership with a reputable and well- established Financial Services client in their recruitment for an HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract. Through agile working this role could either be based in London or Brighton. Building business relationships, producing and providing insights on people data analytics are integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner and broader HR Team to implement HR strategy with a people focus
• Ensure seamless delivery of all HR strategy, procedures and projects.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships ensuring efficient and accurate delivery to the business built on trust and excellent service
• Assist with the production of quarterly MI reports, analysis and insight
• Identify, analyse and interpret people related MI to highlight areas to leadership
• Support with business as usual and cyclical HR activities e.g. pay reviews, bonus and talent review
• Take ownership of HR Generalist duties to support the Senior HR Business Partner and the HR Director
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to review and put together job descriptions

Key Skills:

• Experience working with people data and HR analytics is essential
• HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle
• Confident in building relationships across all levels up to leadership.
• CIPD qualification would be beneficial
• Experience of people data analytics, analysis and insights experience is key
• A motivated and autonomous team player
