Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can oversee all recruitment across the business. Working with key stakeholders, you will be recruiting for both customer facing site based roles and head office corporate functions. You will engage with key stakeholders across the business to advise them on the best ways to attract new talent to the business. Utilising your strong recruitment back ground, you will help devise eye catching job adverts, engage with universities and colleges and drive forward their social media presence.

You maybe required from time to time to assist with the interview / assessment stages of the process, but this is predominantly about ensuring the business has the right tools in place to equip its managers to lead on local recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is able to bring with them a wealth of experience of talent attraction. You will also need to be able to manage relationships with people across the business and be confident in becoming the go to person for all things recruitment related.
