Morgan Philips are delighted to be working exclusively with this rapidly growing business to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner, covering the East of the UK. They operate a hybrid working model and you’ll be on patch 2 days per week.
This role would be ideal for a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner from an operations (blue collar) background who is looking to make a step up.
You’ll be CIPD qualified or equivalent with commercial decision making experience and will have previously partnered with senior stakeholders to develop engagement action plans and deliver performance management processes, talent management and succession planning.
Suitable candidates should also have a strong employee relations background (up to and including ET’s), experience working with Unions and supporting TUPE / acquisition projects.
