Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a National Charity who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC.
The salary is circa £40k.
Please note that this is a fully home-based role.
The HR Business Partner will partner closely with key stakeholders to provide advice, support and guidance to enable the organisation to develop a workforce which can deliver the charity's strategic goals.
·Develop effective working relationships with senior leaders and managers.
·Provide a professional HR service and in collaboration with other HR Business Partners.
·Provide HR advice and guidance to the organisation, with a focus on facilities management and recruitment.
·Manage, develop, support and motivate your team.
·Provide advice to line managers on change management initiatives, organisational / departmental restructures / job role design.
·To lead or participate in HR projects as required.
·Previous experience of working as a senior HR professional/Business Partner, with extensive experience of providing a comprehensive generalist HR service within a nationwide organisation, preferably the third sector.
·Significant experience of supporting senior leaders and managers through periods of change.
·Excellent influencing, facilitation and communication skills and comfortable preparing and presenting reports and proposals to senior management/board groups.
