Our client are a successful and growing media agency with offices in Manchester City Centre. They are recruiting an HR Coordinator to join and support their busy team for an initial period of 12 months. There will be a permanent opportunity on completion of this contract and the company offers some fantastic benefits. Our client offers a great opportunity for anyone at the start of their HR career.
The key responsibilities for the HR Coordinator are completing HR documentation for the employee lifecycle, updating and maintaining an HR database, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, uploading adverts on job boards, liaising with line managers, arranging interviews, providing feedback, collating data for monthly reporting, processing new starters and preparing packs, coordinating internal and external training, and providing general administration support. The role is based in Manchester and offers flexible working.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in an HR administration role
- an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- passionate about a career in HR
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
- meticulous attention to detail
- strong organisation and time management skills
