The successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for all HR activities including absence management, on boarding new starters and processing leavers, salary changes, and recruitment.

The role will involve primarily supporting the night shift workers, so the hours will be Sunday - Thursday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Description

The successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the night shift and HR Advisors across all departments from a people perspective
  • Processing bulk HR forms for employees and submit to Central HR and Payroll
  • Maintaining personnel records on Open People and records on all employee attendance, sickness and timeliness
  • Supporting any recruitment needs on the nights department
  • Helping support the HR Admin's in filing
  • Overseeing the shift change process whilst looking at continuous improvement on processes
  • Assisting in HR surgeries on night shift - answering any queries employees may have in regards to pay/holidays ect
  • Undertaking all other tasks as reasonably requested by management

Profile

The successful HR Coordinator will have:

  • Experience within a similar role, with strong knowledge, experience and capabilities within HR
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks accordingly
  • Ability to comfortably and competently use different MS Office Packages

Please also note the successful candidate must be able to commit to the work patterns Sunday-Thursday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Job Offer

Permanent & full time salary + £20,000-23,000 + Access to a range of different training and development programmes
