Office Manager required for a growing company based in Sidcup.

Your new company

Your new job will be working for a growing company with offices across the UK and Ireland. Their mantra of 'putting their people first' has enabled them to build a successful business with ambitious growth plans.

Your new role

You will be taking on a key role as the Office Manager for an FTC of 6-months to lead a team of 6 individuals who are based locally in Kent and in Ireland. This key role will see you and your team take charge of resource planning for the wider business.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Management of a team across two key sites (Kent and Ireland)
  • Compliance and right to work checks for employees
  • Providing employment references
  • Actioning GDPR requests and liaising with internal departments
  • Updating employee information
  • Social welfare and payroll forms


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience in managing a team combined with strong administrative skills and experience in compliance, HR processes combined with strong system skills. Previous office management/hr management experience would be desirable alongside experience of using TimeGate.

What you'll get in return

A competitive salary is on offer between £27,000 and £35,000. Your working hours are 37.5 per week combined with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. There is a positive culture and you will have a great opportunity to develop, progress within the business.
