Page Personnel are working with a leading fashion retailer, who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Recruitment Administrator you will deal directly with the senior management team to plan resource, identify candidate pipeline and fulfil vacancy requirements.

Our client are a leading fashion retailer, who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them at one of their distribution centres in West Yorkshire.

Description

The successful Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for:

    Oversee all aspects of volume recruitment in the warehouse/transport departmentsPipeline management - communicate any concerns with quality and/or volume of candidates to the Recruitment Business PartnerAllocate daily workloads throughout the team, using appropriate resource to meet business needs and prioritiesBe the first point of contact for queries/support from the recruitment team as well as coaching, motivating and mentoring the team to successMaintain all relevant recruitment data to ensure accurate resourcing takes placeDemonstrate consistency and operate within the Recruitment Policy guidelinesSupport the recruitment team by carrying out telephone interviews, processing offers, administration tasks, audit checks and any other ad hoc duties to secure efficiency and high quality results

Profile

The successful Recruitment Advisor will be:

* Recruitment experience, in house or agency
* Experience of high volume customer focused recruitment
* Experience of stakeholder management
* Experience of using candidate management systems
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
