Talent Acquisition Manager
Your new company
A public sector organisation now requires a Recruitment Manager to join their team on a contract basis for a period of 6 months to support the delivery of volume recruitment.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of a recruitment drive for a number of job vacancies during a campaign. The successful candidate will cover the following
- Candidate attraction strategies
- Dealing with volume applications and sifting
- Presenting shortlist to relevant managers
- Coordinating interviews
- Delivering feedback to candidates
- Raising offer letters with HR
- Managing aspects of compliance
- Dealing with relevant background checks
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated experience working as a Recruitment Manager. Experience working in the public sector environment would be a distinct advantage.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of between £37-43k and an annual leave equivalent of 43 days. The normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9-5 and this role is working for home.
