OD Manager, NHS but NHS exp not required, Work from home, up to £55k pa dep on exp + benefits, 3-4 months FTC.


OD Manager, up to £55k + benefits, WFH, 3 to 4 month FTC. NHS but NHS experience but not required. Will consider both temp and permanent candidates.

This organisation collaborates with customers and partners across the health and social care system to manage, analyse, and improve performance and enable customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients and populations.

Your new role
This organisational developments post (OD) is role with L&D responsibilities too - ensuring people have the skills, knowledge and capabilities to deliver high quality services.

  • Deliver a professional, customer-centred Organisational Development (OD) consultancy service to meet the needs of designated customer organisations.
  • Develop & implement organisational development projects in accordance with the delivery of the strategy, vision, values and desired culture.
  • Work with Managers in line with our agreed service level agreements, providing a flexible OD service to support these organisations to achieve their strategic aims.
  • 3-4 months FTC.


What you'll need to succeed
NHS experience is not essential for this post.

This post is suitable for an experienced HR professional who has experience in OD and L&D - e.,g this could be HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Director looking for role focusing on these two areas in a value led organisation.

This role is suitable for a candidate who is passionate about improving performance, who is able to work as part of a small team to deliver big results. This role is within a team, working autonomously and candidates must demonstrate the values in interactions with others.
