Job Details
The HR Administrator will be supporting the HR Administration team by completing administration activities associated with delivering an effective and efficient HR service to Head Office and Practices. The role will be full time, on a 6 months fixed term contract.
Client Details
Our client is made up of some of the UK's most respected and trusted small animal, equine, mixed and farm practices and production animal health businesses.
They are now looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a full time basis, on a 6 months fixed term contract.
Description
The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
- Organising and initiating processes associated with the on-boarding and exiting of employees such as employment health questionnaires and exit interviews
- Monitoring personnel data received and ensuring that it is accurately recorded within the HR system and maintained at all times
Profile
The successful HR Coordinator will have:
- Strong administration skills
- Relationship management skills with the ability to influence
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stake holders
- Strong capabilities within different Microsoft packages
Job Offer
Full time role + 6 months FTC + £18,000-24,000
