Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business in their search for a permanent HR Business Partner. Based in the Bradford area, offering a salary up to £40k DOE.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will provide a professional and expert HR service to managers and employees across the business with a specific focus on Employee Relations, Absence Management and Employee Engagement and projects. The role will be site based, building key relationships with stakeholders within the business.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Managing Employee Relations including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances up to settlement agreements.
·Building relationships with key stakeholders.
·Coaching and upskilling of management team
In conjunction with the Head of HR implement the HR Strategy for the site and undertake ad-hoc projects as and when required.
·Analysis and MI reporting
·Absence management including short term/long term sickness and authorised/unauthorised leave.
Ensure all recruitment and selection processes are conducted in line with best practice
We are looking for:
·Experience managing the full cycle of Employee Relations cases up to settlement, and change projects
·Experience working a HR BP role within a blue collar environment is essential
