Payroll Manager £24k to £26k Gross (Part time 20 hours per week) - City of London

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading business located in central London who are looking to recruit a Part time payroll manager on a permanent basis.

This role will be 20 hours per week and reports directly into the head of HR.

Please also note this role can be fully remote.

Job Overview:

  • Process payroll for UK, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Malta, Bermuda, and USA on a monthly basis.
  • Deal with starters and leavers.
  • Liaise with outsourced Payroll services providers to ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner.
  • Maternity and Paternity leave calculations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and Annual tax returns.
  • Deal with a wide range of payroll enquiries.
  • Updating Payroll system notes.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong UK & global payroll knowledge.
  • Strong excel
  • CIPP qualified
  • Experience of dealing with outsourced payroll
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong communication skills.
