Job Details

The Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator will support the HR team in the delivery of HR operations in a timely, accurate and professional manner ensuring all activities and outputs are aligned with the company's strategic aims, values, legal requirements, and best practice.

  • Create job descriptions and job adverts
  • Advertise vacancies
  • Create interview templates, arrange interviews, and attend interviews where required
  • Issue offer letters, contracts, new starter forms, ensuring that all written documentation including e-mail, letters, contracts are accurate and contain the correct information
  • Facilitate new starter inductions
  • Ensure probation reviews are completed by line managers, escalating any issues or problems as required, send outcome letters
  • Respond to recruitment, on-boarding and probation queries
  • Maintain a recruitment and onboarding tracker
  • Maintain HR filing and HR systems, taking ownership and correcting any inaccuracies
  • Updating the company organisational chart each month and uploading onto the intranet
  • Compliance audit and implementation
  • Processing changes to terms and conditions (role changes, secondments, salary, hours etc.)
  • Collate payroll data and liaise with external payroll provider and the finance department to produce accurate monthly payroll


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment / HR role
  • A proven track record of HR in similar role and in a commercial environment
  • Good understanding of employment law and employee relations
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and approachable
  • Strong IT skills
