Ashley Kate are delighted to be exclusively supporting a great business as they look to recruit for a permanent HR Officer role. This is a full time opportunity with a salary of up to £30k, based City of London with the flexibility to work two days a week at home.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will support the delivery of daily HR activities.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
·Manage the new starter and leavers process including inductions.
·Responsible for compliance checks, on boarding, RTW checks and reference checks.
·Support redundancy programmes.
·Administer payroll and maintain employee records.
·Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management and disciplinary processes.
·Advise on pay and remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
We are looking for:
·Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified.
·HR experience gained ideally within the professional services sector or a client facing environment.
·The ability to interpret and explain employment law.
·The ability to work well under pressure.
·Previous HR experience gained in a similar role managing the full employee life cycle.
