A 12 Month FTC for a Colleague Relations (ER) Advisor to join an employer of choice in Portsmouth.

Your new role
As a Customer Relations (ER) Advisor, you will join the business on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), reporting to a Customer Relations Manager and working alongside 2 x Customer Relations (ER) Advisors.
Your role is to provide expert employee relations (ER) advice that encourages and enables line managers across the business to take accountability to resolve ER cases in line with employment legislation and the company policy.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have managed / led on a variety of ER case work, with at least 2 years+ in a HR generalist or ER specialist role. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, but other industries will be considered.
This position is primarily phone-based, so you must have a professional telephone manner and be happy offering support to colleagues at all levels of business in this way. A CIPD qualification (or working towards) will be an advantage, but is not essential.
This is an urgent requirement for my client due to someone leaving the business, so someone who is available immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
