People Services is committed to providing The Open University with high quality people solutions and is valued for its efficiency, expertise, partnering capability and service

We currently have 4 new Learning & Development Lead positions available for which we are looking for a number of experienced practitioners to bring our key areas of focus to life. The Leads for Leadership & Management and Digital & Innovation will explore and adapt the latest thinking both externally and from within our own areas of expertise to provide a sector leading portfolio of learning and development pathways. The other roles will partner with different areas within the university to drive capability and capacity to set the organisation up for continued success in the future. All roles will utilise your high levels of influence, credibility and collaboration.

This is an exciting time to join the OU as we embark on an exciting journey to transform our learning and development capability with the creation of these 4 new posts.

Skills and experience

These roles will suit you if you:

• Possess extensive experience of consulting, designing and leading successful learning interventions in diverse organisational settings.

• Are experienced in developing and using capability/skills development tools and frameworks

• Possess a demonstrable track record in coaching, facilitating, training and consulting.

• Can skilfully blend best practice in learning with measurable impact.
