Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a National charity in their search for a HR Business Partner to join the team, completely remote working, for a period of 6 months. This role can be based anywhere in the North west or Yorkshire region, and we are seeking a candidate who can start Immediately!
Salary is up to £40k DOE.
This position will be supporting a team of circa 120-150 and 7 directors, including deputy's and executives, so experience of supporting senior managers in a previous role is essential. This position will also have two direct reports. Having management experience will be ideal so you can support the development of your team members.
This role will manage the day to day HR function and we are looking for someone that has good stakeholder management, be able to build relationships with the team and SMT, and this person will need to be able to coach managers rather than hand holding.
The role will have some strategic involvement particularly around the return to office piece, HR and change project work, as they will manage restructure, and also be involved in a new system implementation. Strong Employee Relations experience is essential, to manage a number of complex cases.
To be considered we need an experienced HR BP, ideally from public sector/Charity/Not for profit, who can support our client during a period of change. CIPD qualified or working towards, and it is essential you have experience in change project work, as a lead.
