A fast growing organisation within the Engineering industry based in Watford is now looking for Learning and Development Advisor to join their team. They have great company culture, ethic and value every individuals.

Description

Learning and Development Advisor Responsibilities:

  • To act as an internal consultant to Managers and Employees on learning and development
  • Working closely with the Managers
  • Attending career fairs and university events
  • Follow Company policy and to respond to requests for information
  • Developer and implement learning and development activities
  • Manage and design career pathways
  • Advise employees on learning and development activities
  • Working against agreed budget
  • Arrange training activities for both internally and externally
  • Assess the success of development activities and help employees to make the most learning opportunities
  • Manage data and records are accurate
  • Support management of Trainees, including Apprentices, Sponsored Students, Graduates

Profile

  • Great attention to details
  • Driving license (preferred)
  • Love Data
  • Experience in Administrative role
  • Excellent organisation skill
  • Able to work independently
  • Great communication skill
  • Lived locally to Watford
