Recruitment Partner job based in Coventry
Your new company
My client based in Coventry is currently expanding one of the areas of their business and as such are looking for an experienced recruitment partner to set up this new area of their business
Your new role
You will be required to look after the recruitment for a busy area of the business. You will be recruiting for a variety of staff from delivery drivers to call centre operatives. The role will require travel once a week to their site down south as you will be required to do stake holder management, suggest improvements and vendor management. You will have a resourcer who will assist you with the recruitment in delivering the clients needs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in a similar role either as RPO, internal recruitment or in a senior recruitment role. Must be able to push back and manage client expectations.
What you'll get in return
The role will be mainly working from home with the requirement to travel down south once a week and work from Coventry around one day a week. The role is initially for 12 months but their could be a possibility of this being extended.
