Ashley Kate are delighted to be exclusively supporting a great business as they look to recruit for a part time HR Advisor based in Chertsey. This is a term time role, working full time hours during term time with a FTE salary of £35k.

Reporting into the HR Director, the role will cover the full remit of the employee life cycle and provide an efficient HR service to the employees.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Oversee the recruitment process for new staff ensuring that applicants are communicated with effectively and all policy requirements are met.
·Provide clerical and administrative service for the HR department with a range of duties.
·Administer the consistent and accurate processing of contractual changes, starter and leaver processes and the production of relevant paperwork.
·Undertake all vetting checks for all staff including RTW documents and DBS checks.
·Support and/or attend formal meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings to provide note taking when required.

We are looking for:

·Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
·HR Administrative experience, particularly in recruitment, management information data and liaising with payroll providers.
·Ideally HR experience gained within education or another regulated environment but not essential.
·Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
·The ability to balance prioritise and take responsibility.
·Willingness to take part in additional training when the acquisition of new skills is required.
