Your new company
This large Birmingham based public sector organisation are looking for a HR Project specialist to help run projects within the HR function. This role is predominately remote working with potentially the odd travel to the central Birmingham office for very important meetings. They are looking for someone who has helped run and implement projects previously ideally within a public sector organisation/setting.
Your new role
This role will focus around junior project management, you will need to deliver smaller scale projects on time and in a professional manner. You will have specific projects that you will need to plan in terms of cost, time, effectively implement and see through to completion. You will be responsible for completing reports, budgeting for the various projects and identifying any risks or issues that may arise.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to have worked in a similar role previously and dealt with HR Project work. You will have dealt with multiple complex projects previously and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will need to be able to successfully analyse data and information quickly and effectively. Ideally you will be immediately available or coming to the end of a contract shortly.
