Job Details
The successful candidate will work closely with departmental managers and business leaders to ascertain their current and future recruitment needs and source employees in compliance with all policies & procedures.

Description
- Managing the recruitment systems and handling recruitment enquiries
- Screening CVs for a wide variety of job roles
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Liaising with recruitment agencies, job centres, head hunters and educational institutions
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Advertising positions internally and externally
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates in person, via telephone or in writing
- Assisting line managers with recruitment requisitions
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Providing ad-hoc support to other HR projects when required
Profile
- Experience of working in a multi discipline recruitment environment, either in an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency
- An awareness of HR and the services it provides to a business and its employees
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
- Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient
- Effective diary management
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
