Regional HR Advisor (9 month FTC)
Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester
Supporting Area Managers and Managers within Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester region, you will be responsible for leading all HR services
This will include a range of complex ER cases including conduct, grievance, absence, capability and restructures
You will assist in the review, development and implementation of HR policy and procedures
Supporting with recruitment, you will ensure that all records are being kept up to date in accordance with statutory and audit requirements, including disclosure checks and right to work documentation.
The successful candidate will have a generalist background with strong ER ideally with a regional background
