HR Advisor Stoke-on-Trent £30,000 per annum

Your new company
You will be working for a large logistics organisation in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent as a HR Advisor. To be considered for this role you will have a strong background in HR and have experience being involved with disciplinary meetings.

Your new role
In your new role your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the provision of a high quality HR service to all stakeholders in all areas of HR including resource, employee relations, learning & development and reward and supporting the delivery of the people agenda supporting the customer and site requirements
• Supporting the management team with ER issues and providing generalist HR support and advice for the department as required
• Ensuring all site and company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Supporting ongoing volume recruitment and selection.Supporting large scale change projects and maintaining excellent relationships with the on site employee forum.Supporting the site HR Manager ensuring relevant management training is identified, sourced and delivered, promoting a culture of learning and development across site.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be able to demonstrate relevant HR experience. Ideally CIPD qualified with first-hand experience of dealing with complex ER issues.
• Able to apply high levels of common sense and logic to often delicate and complicated situations and therefore possess excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and varied environment, with experience in adapting to change based on business requirements
• Sound knowledge of employment law.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary ranging between £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00 but some flexibility is required. On site parking is available and they do have a hybrid working policy in place meaning you will be on site 2/3 days per week.
