The organisation have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Careers professional on a permanent basis taking a lead role in recruitment, from further developing the marketing campaign through to engaging with selected universities, colleges and schools, to leading the selection of the highest calibre candidates at our bespoke assessment centres.
Reporting to the Early Careers Manager. This role will also support the development of their future talent, providing pastoral care and direction where required. Within this role there is a key requirement to partner with multiple functions and stakeholders across the business to really support and drive really forward the early career's agenda.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, effective management of multiple activities, analysis of information and the ability to prioritise.Previous experience in early years careers.
Alongside this you will be a confident communicator able to engage with a range of stakeholders and communicate via various methods and have an excellent attention to detail.
