Our Social Care client is recruiting a Recruitment Officer for a temporary position of 2-3 months. You will be joining a team of 2 other experienced Recruitment professionals in a brand new office.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for the following:
- Workforce planning
- Interviewing and selection
- Networking and development
- Vetting and compliance
- Agency recruitment and staff
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Recruitment Officer, you must have previous recruitment experience within internal or agency environment. You would ideally have experience within public sector, in particular social care with strong administrative skills and a thorough understanding of employment legislation. You must also be available to start immediately.
