Permanent Resourcing Advisor job available in Manchester with flexible working options
We have an exciting new permanent job opportunity available for a client to join their organisation as a Resourcing Advisor. The role is a newly created and additional role due to further business requirements and is a permanent position. The company are a professional services organisation who have a global presence and now have over 2500 staff across 50 locations.
The role will be a full end to end recruitment role and report into the Resourcing Manager for the business. You will be responsible for managing the business support services as a client recruit which will include most functions such as HR, IT, Finance, marketing, purchasing. In terms of headcount for that particular area will consist of approximately 300 employees. You will be responsible for building client relationships internally for line managers and key stakeholders to trust yourself with their recruitment needs. The role will include stakeholder management meetings and campaign management meetings and providing the client with solutions in terms of how to find the right person. You will then be responsible for implementing the candidate attraction plan which will include using social media platforms and engaging with the market to hire the right person. Arranging interviews will also be part of this role and utilising the businesses ATS system.
You will be offered a permanent contract with a really high-profile client and will be offered the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week giving great flexibility. The role also comes with a great corporate benefits package including great company pension.
