Talent Acquisiton Advisor

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing business as they look to recruit for a permanent Talent Acquisition Advisor with a salary of c£32k. The role will be based in Croydon with flexibility to work two days a week at home.

As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will effectively manage the end to end recruitment process. Working closely with the hiring managers, people partners and various internal client groups to identify the hiring needs of each department.


Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Identify opportunities for marketing the brand and raising the profile as an employer of choice.
·Identify relevant external platforms to promote branding and career opportunities to attract diverse talent through direct sourcing and external advertising platforms.
·Provide D&I data to track and identify trends to improve recruitment approaches and channels.
·Delivering an excellent recruitment service and ensure robust effective resourcing plans are in place to meet client and stakeholder expectations.
·Advise and influence managers on the most effective attraction and selection strategies.
·Understand each of the department you support and their unique resourcing needs.

We are looking for:

·Experience implementing recruitment campaigns that effectively engage talent.
·Experience advising on appropriate channels for each recruitment campaign, ensuring an integrated approach that uses digital technologies to full potential.
·Experience working with ATS Systems.
·Proven background managing stakeholders.
