Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Ashley Kate are supporting a great business as they look to recruit for a permanent Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a full time role, based near Croydon with a salary of up to £40k.

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support and deputise for the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will manage and implement key recruitment work streams including leading on the attraction piece for te Diversity and Inclusion agenda and sourcing new talent streams to bring in new capability and to further enhance the recruitment service provided.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Coaching and guiding managers on the most effective assessment strategies and tools.
·Continuously improving the recruitment processes and systems within the business.
·Manage and implement key recruitment D&I work streams including leading on the attraction plan for the Diversity and Inclusion agenda.
·Advise and influence managers on the most effective attraction and selection strategies to ensure diverse applications for their vacancies and support in their delivery.
·Support hiring managers on the most effective selection and assessment approaches and support in their delivery.

We are looking for:

·Solid experience gained in a similar role, experience managing stakeholders with internal recruitment practises.
·Depth of experience with recruitment/assessment processes.
·Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
·Educated to degree level or relevant experience gained.
·Diversity and Inclusion recruitment experience would be beneficial but not essential.
·Excellent communication and people skills.
