Job Details

Ashley Kate are supporting a national Charitable organisation as they recruit through a large change project.
The organisation are currently moving into a digital model, implementing the design and delivery of digital solutions, to increase their digital abilities across their workforce.

This is an exciting project for an experienced L&D/Digital Partner to lead in a number of keys projects during this time. This is a FTC for approx 12 months, potentially longer, offering £40-44k DOE. The role is based from home.

Working alongside an L&D partner, reporting to the Director, and working closely with senior leaders within the business, the Digital L&D partner will lead in the analysis of skills, role evaluations, and digital learning solutions.

Working in partnership with HR colleagues, leaders and managers analysing individual and team digital learning needs, identifying and developing bespoke digital learning pathways.

Develop digital learning solutions utilising digital tools and technology to produce innovative and effective solutions.

Provide high-level advice and guidance in the effective use and implementation of blended learning and other technologies. Ensure accessibility, diversity and inclusion considerations are embedded into the planning, design and delivery of digital materials and tools.

Review learning initiatives, to implement improvements and track the success and return on investment

To be considered you will be an experienced L&D Business partner, with vast experience in digital design, having used platforms such as articulate and storyline to create eLearning content, you will be an expert in this area. You will have experience of skills analyses and matrix development to asses needs to implement digital learning solutions.
