UK-focused Property firm with regional offices across the country and in the West End of London.

Your new role
In your new role, you'll be working with a closely-knit team of 4 in Internal Recruitment (which forms the larger team of 10 in generalist HR). You'll be responsible for leading on all levels of recruitment, implementing recruitment campaigns and developing strategies to attract incoming talent. This is an end-to-end role from initial briefing with hiring managers through to negotiating offers and onboarding candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new Recruitment Advisor role, you'll have a strong recruitment / talent acquisition background, preferably gained internally / in-house, although profiles from agency will be considered also. Ideally have a background in the Property industry and have experience hiring professional property roles.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive £35,000-£40,00 (DOE) salary and opportunity to continue developing and expanding your skill set.
