We have a great opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join a specialist team managing change projects


Were seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Professional with strong knowledge and experience of change management activities from initial project inception, through to consultation and resulting ER cases.
You will be working on a variety of Organisational Change Projects including Restructures, changes in T&C's, redundancy and TUPE transfers. You'll provide a flexible, efficient and effective service, by working with Business Partners and Service Managers to support the delivery of Organisational Change reviews across a range of departments and customers.
You'll be a key point of contact for ER issues that arise during the life of the project, requiring sound HR knowledge and experience with strong communication, presentation, influencing and organisational skills.
You'll also be required to develop and maintain relations with our Trade Unions at all stages of the reviews which you lead on, experience of working with Trade Unions would be advantageous.

Candidates
We are seeking experienced Senior HR Advisors / HR Professionals who have a background of a working on a range of change management activities ideally within unionised complex environments such as public sector.

  • Experience of Restructure, Redundancy, Reorganisation, Change of role / T&CS and TUPE transfers
  • Excellent IT skills, enabling you to produce high quality work across a rage of Microsoft Office 365 applications and bespoke IT systems.
  • Confident in understanding staff data, also be able to present information in a variety of formats clearly to ensure all written communications are captured accurately including any changes to organisational structures, employee pay, terms and conditions.


This role is offered an initial 12 months fixed term contract
Benefits - 24 days hol + bank, excellent pension
Hybrid working role - mix from home and office in Winchester but very flexible
