Oakleaf partnership are working with a large commercial property firm to recruit a Resourcing specialist into their team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will support all recruitment activities across multiple business areas. As part of a growing team, your role will be to develop strong stakeholder relationships, assist with candidate pipelining strategies, conduct applicant interviews, drive proactive talent banking and make considered recommendations to the Recruitment Managers.

Core Responsibilities:

* Lead market mapping and competitor research

* Develop candidate shortlists for active/live job roles

* Present candidate short lists and provide detailed profile summaries where needed

* Assist in the development candidate attraction strategies, internally and externally

* Assess candidates to ensure the skills and experience criteria is met, while also defining if the applicant's cultural business fit

* Assist with candidate selection including telephone screening, interviewing and assessment centres

* Coordination of the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding

* Proactively approach candidates for talent mapping

* Manage the end to end candidate experience from interview feedback

Knowledge & Experience:

* Experience working within inhouse or agency recruitment

* Recruitment experience in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage

* Innovative approach to research

* Advanced Boolean searching skills

* Strong understanding of the recruitment cycle and best practice recruitment methodologies

* Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
