Seeking experienced HR Administrator/HR Coordinator to join a local charity to support a busy period.

Your new company

An established local charity who support people with mental health issues.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Director, this 3 month temporary role will be based in the office (Southampton) 1 day / week and 4 days / week working remotely. Working hours are 37 / week, 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-4.30pm Friday (including 30 minutes lunch).

Main responsibilities of this role:

Manage the full recruitment administration processes which involves: placing job adverts - checking / standardising job adverts layout and job descriptions, placing job adverts onto the website and a variety of other websites. Response handling - emailing managers copies of application forms, removing sensitive data. Recording response on spreadsheet. Sending out unsuccessful letters on behalf of managers. Carry out other HR administration as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum) with some HR / recruitment administration experience. It will be an advantage if you are available on immediate / short notice too.

Candidates should have experience of working within a busy HR department and ideally supporting recruitment activities from adverts, interviews, offers through to vetting process.

What you'll get in return

An hourly rate of £13.40 - 14.56 per hour PAYE with flexible working (1 day office / 4 days remote per week)
initial 3 months temporary assignment but potential to extend or longer term roles.
