Job Details

The HR Associate will work closely with another HR Associate and will be looking after a dedicated client group, responsible for all areas of HR. The role reports directly into the HRBP and has the potential to grow into a Junior HR Advisor role.

Client Details

The client is a reputable and established Financial Services firm who are well know in their industry. The firm offers competitive salaries and seeks to reward and promote hard work across the functions.


As a HR Associate you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

- Act as a first POC for a client group

-Manage the end to end recruitment for a client group

-Manage the on boarding process for a client group, including conducting the HR inductions

-Manage the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews

-Manage maternity and paternity requests

-Develop and maintain HR policies

-Exposure to lower level ER cases and support to eventually manage your own case load

-Wider HR projects


The successful candidate MUST come from a Financial Services or Professional Services background and must have a minimum of 2.5 years of HR experience at an Assistant level.

You must have a good grounding in HR administration and be ready to take the next step in your HR career and pick up more responsibilities.

You must be articulate, switched on and a keen learner to excel in this role.

You must be ambitious and committed to a career HR as this is a very progressive role.
