Your new role
Within your new role as a HR Business Partner, you'll be providing advice across all sectors of the organisation, dealing with all kinds of casework including grievance, disciplinary, and change management exercises. Additionally, you'll be providing guidance, designing, and delivering training in accordance with HR policy and organisational procedure.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you'll ideally be a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional or have achieved your CIPD Level 5 in addition to having a strong history of experiential learning and transferable skills. You'll also
have strong public sector knowledge and have previously worked in similar environments.
